HIGH-FILLED GRANULATED MATERIAL FOR MINERALIZATION OF DRINKING WATER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C02F1/28 C02F1/68 C02F103/00

Abstract RU 2320542 C1

FIELD: filter materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-filled granulated materials used in gravity and pressure filters in water-treatment apparatuses for mineralization (enrichment with macro and trace elements) of water cleaned with sorption, membrane, distillation, and other techniques. Material contains, wt %: polyethylene 18-30, polyethylene wax 1-6, schungite 15-40, metal oxides and/or salts with inorganic acids 30-59. and, if necessary, calcium stearate 0.5-1.5%.

EFFECT: created material characterized by uniform isolation of macro and trace elements into water being treated, considerably reduced infusion of salts during operation pauses, and retained high resource of operation time: up to 1500 cycles for macro elements and up to 8000 cycles for trace elements.
