FIELD: novel refractory steel operating under stationary temperature-power influence modes, may be used as material for manufacture of heads for burners, nozzles, and constructions exposed to radiation, including uranium bar enclosures, casings and pipelines for reactors, housings for synchrophasotrons.
SUBSTANCE: refractory steel composition contain, wt%: carbon 0.2-0.5; chromium 24-28; silicon 0.3-2.6; manganese 0.3-1.2; titanium 0.1-1.5; aluminum 1.5-2.7; nickel 1.5-5.5; gadolinium 0.1-0.2; iron the balance.
EFFECT: increased mechanical and casting properties and radiation resistance of refractory steel.
