FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, chromium, REM (rare earth metals), tungsten, niobium, calcium, zirconium, sulphur, phosphorus and iron at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.15 -0.28, chromium 16.0 - 20.0, nickel 28.0 - 32.0, silicon 1.8 - 2.2, manganese 0.4 - 0.9, tungsten 2.5 - 3.2, niobium 0.7 - 1.0, REM 0.005 - 0.2, calcium 0.005 - 0.2, zirconium 0.04 - 0.06, sulphur ≤ 0.02, phosphorus ≤ 0.03, iron - the rest. The following ratio 0.01 < Σ(Ca+PEM+Zr) < 0.46 is maintained for components of steel.
EFFECT: increased duration of strength and oxidation resistance, prolonged service life of fabricated item.
