FIELD: mining, oil production and so on, particularly downhole drilling motors therefore.
SUBSTANCE: stator comprises hollow integral cylindrical body with end adaptors. Solid sleeve is installed in the body by means of screws. Sleeve has inner surface with screw teeth and orifices arranged in teeth valleys. Liner made of elastomeric material is connected to inner sleeve surface so that the liner fills space between sleeve and body. Stator in accordance with the second embodiment comprises solid body with end adaptors. Installed in the body is solid sleeve with smooth inner surface. The solid sleeve is spaced therefrom and is fixed with screws. Rods are connected to inner sleeve surface so that the rods extend along helical teeth line. Orifices are formed between the rods. Liner is supported by rods and inner sleeve surface. The liner is made of elastomeric material and fills space between body and sleeve through orifices. Stators of both embodiments have stepped bushes installed in end adaptors. Bush shoulders abut sleeve ends and are provided with sealing means. Outer surface of another bush step having lesser diameter presses liner end to inner sleeve surface.
EFFECT: extended range of stators to be used.
