FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: one-screw hydraulic machine consists of stator with internal screw teeth 2 and rotor 3 with external screw teeth 4. The stator contains hollow case 5 with end threaded transition section 6 and 7. Installed in the stator tubular shell 8 has internal and external screw teeth and attached to the shell facing repeating the shape of its internal surface and made out of elastomer 11. Shell 8 is positioned in case 5 forming screw chambers between internal surface of case 5 and surface of recesses of external screw teeth of shell 8. Number of chambers equals to number of teeth 2 of the stator. Shell 8 has orifices 14 connecting the screw chambers with internal surface of shell 8. Space of orifices 14 of shell 8 and space of the chambers are filled with elastomer 11. Elastomer 11 is secured to surface of orifices 14 of shell 8 of internal surface of case 5 and to surface of recesses of external screw teeth of shell 8.

EFFECT: raised reliability of one-screw hydraulic machine at operation, simplified design and process of fabrication.
