SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling well bore in predetermined direction; lowering and casing several casing pipes including the last one, namely pipe liner; lowering small-size production string; injecting hydro-seal means, wherein the first casing pipe is lowered, retained with fastening unit and isolated with hydro-seal means in state close to viscoplastic one; sinking well; injecting hydro-seal means obtained from drilling mud in which binding and neutralizing reagents are added, in well; lowering at least one the next casing pipe and fixing thereof with fastening unit from bottom part; lowering the last casing pipe having perforated end provided with filter over water-oil line and securing thereof with fastening unit; injecting hydro-seal means; lowering low-size production string provided with packer, anchor and filter; installing packer over productive reservoir and causing inflow with swabbing; operating well; conserving and/or killing well if necessary.
