SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for constructing a well, and in particular, to a method for drilling and securing a direction. The well construction method includes drilling a wellbore to a direction, lifting a drilling tool and lowering a directional pipe string. The column of direction pipes protrudes above ground level by no more than 0.3 m. Before lowering the directional pipe string to the ground, a fixed support with a central hole is installed coaxially with the well. The upper part of the directional pipe column is equipped with a clamp. After lowering the direction pipe string, it is mounted with a clamp on a fixed support, after which the upper part of the direction pipe column is centred relative to the central hole of the fixed support. Before pumping the cement slurry, a flushing fluid with a volume of 2-3 m³ is supplied into the well.

EFFECT: reduction in the likelihood of destruction of the well walls and disruption of the alignment of the pipe string relative to the well.
