FIELD: cryogenic equipment, particularly low-scale reverse Stirling cycle gas cryogenic cooler.
SUBSTANCE: cryogenic cooler comprises displacing device sliding inside shell and provided with flexible gas-tight connection between coaxial units. Cryogenic cooler production involves serially assembling displacing device units; air-tightly connecting thereof with each other trough flexible gas-tight connection and assembling cryogenic cooler. Flexible gas-tight connection is made as pipe of heat-creeping material. During cryogenic cooler assemblage the cooler is heated up to pipe material creep temperature and set for predetermined time period necessary to relief pipe stress due to pipe material creep. Cryogenic cooler comprises shell with warm and cold ends, bush and guiding means, as well as displacing device sliding inside shell. The displacing device includes regenerator body with heat-exchanging head and piston with rod. Piston and guiding means have groove seal and is connected to regenerator body by means of gas-tight connection link.
EFFECT: extended range of working cryogenic cooler temperatures, increased reliability and efficiency.
