FIELD: mobile integrated power supply and life support systems. SUBSTANCE: reciprocal movement of piston is converted into rotary motion of generator (flywheel) rotor through stem and pin bearings acting on concavo-convex annular guide slot made on inner surface of hollow flywheel, and waste gases are used to heat water. Plant has housing 1 with cylinder 2 in its top end that has piston communicating through heater 22 with regenerator 23 and cooler 25 that communicates through tube 26 and channel 31 with intermediate tanks 27 and 35.
