SUBSTANCE: device comprises means for control signal input means and executive lock mechanism controller. Control signal input means comprises indicator, which may repeatedly serially demonstrate indexes in predetermined order. The control signal input means is made as switch incorporated in indicator control link and may stop symbol demonstration as indicator shows index to be input in index set used as access code and as control signal corresponding to selected index is inputted in controller.
