SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in various areas for protection against unauthorised access to databases. The method of access code optical input to controller of operating mechanism of door lock includes emission of optical signals from a code key emission source to optical receivers and reception of emission by the latter. An optical signal is generated in the form of a set of not less than two packages of signals, the signals being emitted by different optical emitters, transferred and accepted separately from each other, each by the separate optical receiver. The optical emitters are well placed so that to exclude possibility of independent reception of signals from the outside of the optical channels intended for movement of these signals, and, also, at least in the course of transfer of one package of signals the speed of transfer is changed in comparison with the initial.
EFFECT: simpler implementation of a method while solving issues of input of an access code to the operating mechanism controller of a door lock.
