FIELD: mining, particularly safety equipment used during mining operations.
SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting tracer gas with zero background impurity concentration in mine air; taking samples in sampling points and performing gas analysis to detect tracer gas presence. The tracer gas is dichloromethane. Tracer gas is introduced by tracer gas spraying in air flow in amount of 50-100 mg per 1 m3.
EFFECT: increased efficiency due to increased sample reliability and possibility to get express information with the use of taken samples.
