FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: deaerator comprises water distributor, bubbling plate with solid section from the side opposite to the water distributor, foam catcher mounted with a spaced relation above the bubbling plate for flowing water and above the boundary between the perforated and solid sections of the bubbling plate, and vertical baffle mounted on the solid section of the bubbling plate. The height of the vertical baffle relates to the height of the foam catcher as 1:4.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of deaeration.
