SUBSTANCE: vortex device comprises housing, shaft that enters the front section of the housing, and blades secured to the shaft. The shaft is provided with a passage. The electric drive provided with a shaft is mounted on the front wall of the housing. The cylindrical baffle is mounted inside the housing along its axis and goes into a branch pipe for cold air in the front section of housing.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
