FIELD: well drilling, particularly drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises body to install and retain couple to be tested arranged so that contact point is located in cylindrical stem centers. Device has load application and reaction unit made as power rod and test machine table. The body is made as a single whole and is formed as one elastic part having height equal to sum of two diameters of teeth to be tested. The body is provided with two cavities facing each other and created in central body part. Cavity depths are equal to tooth diameters. Cavities have configurations at cavity bottoms and inlets mating axial sections and outer surfaces of half of dissected tooth. Planes of symmetry of both cavities are mutually transversal to each other. Plane crossing line passes through cavity contact point. Outer side surfaces of the body have different shapes, namely from round to polyhedral shape, so that lesser distance between cavity ends and side outer surface is not more than diameter of tooth to be tested.
EFFECT: simplified hart-alloy tooth testing and decreased testing time, as well as increased resistance and service life of test device.
