FIELD: drilling equipment, particularly to construct wells for deep and ultradeep well drilling and in pits for blast hole drilling with well bottom purging with air.
SUBSTANCE: method involves turning inner cavity of bearing member; turning outer surface thereof with passing into inner cavity; cementing both surfaces; stripping cementer layer for the full cement layer depth, namely for 2.2 mm, from crown surfaces for following tooth orifices drilling; hardening drilling bits in oil under temperature of th=835°C; tempering thereof up to temperature of tt=200°C; drilling tooth orifices; selectively selecting tooth dimensions for each orifice; pressing-in teeth and low-temperature tempering thereof. Crown surfaces free of cemented layer are prepared and covered by any known heating method and are coated with wear-resistant covering applied by spraying method and having hardness equal to or exceeding that of hardened cemented layer, namely HRc≥58.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability.
