FIELD: calibration of acoustic emission converters.

SUBSTANCE: system is subject to calibration due to optical interference linear shifts metering device. System has acoustic signal source and integral transmitting unit. Acoustic emission standard converter is brought in contact with monolith transmitting unit. Signal from acoustic emission converter is processed and memorized. Acoustic emission converter to be calibrated in put on place of standard one and second signal is recorded and processed in computer. Second signal is subject to comparison to standard one while doing calibration of acoustic transmission converter to be calibrated.

EFFECT: improved precision of calibration; widened functional abilities of system in total.
