SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and combined frying brown onions, garlic, carrots, celeriac root and lard; cutting and freezing green onions and marjoram, sage, tarragon, thyme, parsley and dill greens; cutting and blanching pears; cutting prune and eel fillet; freezing fresh grains of green peas. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with wheat flour, common salt and hot black pepper. The mixture and fish broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
