SUBSTANCE: method involves treating nasal cavity mucous membrane, paranasal sinuses and rhinopharynx and oropharynx communicating with them. Sanitization is carried out with remote ultrasonic jet aerosol spraying carried out with ozone/NO-solution containing drug. Ultrasonic oscillations frequency is equal to 26.5 kHz. Ultrasonic oscillations amplitude is equal to 60-80 mcm. Ultrasonic jet aerosol spraying exposure time is equal to 15-30 s. Ozonized physiologic saline consumption rate is not less than 10 ml/min. Ozonized 5-10% oil-in-water type oil emulsion consumption rate is not less than 5 ml/min. Ozone concentration in physiologic saline is not less than 1.2 mg/l. Ozonides concentration in ozonized 5-10% oil-in-water type oil emulsion is not less than 100 mMole of O_act per 1 kg of emulsion. Local nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses mucous membrane insonation is carried out at the second stage. Ozone/NO-containing drug is used as intermediate treatment solution. Ultrasonic oscillations frequency is equal to 26.5 kHz in this case. Ultrasonic oscillations amplitude of waveguide instrument is equal to 45-50 mcm. Insonation is carried out in intermittent with 2:1 on-off time ratio. Total ozone/NO ultrasonic treatment is not shorter than 120 s. Ultrasonic device system rarefaction degree for treating cavity is not greater than 0.3 kg/cm. Ozonized physiologic saline or ozonized 5-10% oil-in-water type oil emulsion consumption rate is not less than 60-120 ml/min. Ozone concentration in ozonized physiologic saline is not less than 1.2 mg/l. Ozonides concentration in ozonized 5-10% oil-in-water type oil emulsion is not less than 100 mMole of O_act per 1 kg of emulsion. Sanitization procedure is applied once more at the third treatment stage.
