FIELD: separation of materials.
SUBSTANCE: centrifuge is provided with drive for smooth control of speed of rotation of the drum for control of the flow rate of agents. The drum is provided with control valves for extracting the products of separation. The drum can be provided with two, three or more sets of valves. The number of valves is equal to the number of fractions to be extracted. The chambers for receiving the separation products are provided with eccentric gate valves, and the valves for sampling of the separation products are composed of housing, needle, and lock nuts. The lock nut of the needle has a conical thread, and the answered thread made on the housing has a cut for compensation of deformation.
