FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal air vibratory concentrator consists of measuring hopper, of loading and unloading devices, of concentrate receiver, of vibratory exciter, of ventilator, of conic bowl mounted on vertical shaft and designed to rotate; also conic bowl is equipped with concentrating element wear resistant in form of ribbed coating; concentrating element has shape of truncated cone with ribs on internal surface inclined downward and tilted to loading side. The concentrator further consists of an air system coaxially arranged inside the concentrating element with a concentrating gap and made in form of two coaxially assembled one inside the other truncated cones with an internal cavity communicated with an internal cavity of the truncated gap from the side of lower bases. In the upper part the air system is equipped with an inlet branch connected with its internal cavity by means of air ducts; also the air system is communicated with the internal cavity of the unloading device through the cone-shaped gap; the unloading device is made in form of a circular chute with an inclined bottom; in its lower part it is equipped with a branch for outlet of light fraction, while in its upper part it is equipped with an air exhaust branch; there is a sealing elastic collar on contact of the movable part of the conic bowl with a fixed face edge of the unloading device. In the lower part the loading device has an outlet to a disk with an axial rod in form of a screw; the vibration exciter is made in form of a rotary eccentric coupling of the shaft of the conic bowl to a driven shaft of a bearing unit. In the upper part of the conic bowl there is arranged a circular regulated pass connecting between-the ribs grooves of the ribbed coating with the internal cavity of the unloading device screened from above with the circular disk movably secured by the end of the conic bowl; internal diametre of the disk variates; also the disk is equipped with a shell secured along its external edge. The cone-shaped receiver is installed inside the unloading device directly under the shell of the circular disk; the cone-shaped receiver communicates with the internal cavity of the circular pass and is equipped with a branch for outlet of heavy fraction in its lower part.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of valuable components, and increased specific efficiency of installation.
