FIELD: mechanical engineering; aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed modular electrically-driven auxiliary gas-turbine plant consists of power gas-turbine engine module, auxiliary electrically driven compressor module and electronic digital control device module. Module of power gas-turbine engine serves to generate electric energy and it contains compressor, combustion chamber, turbine, electric generator set into rotation by turbine. Module of auxiliary electrically driven compressor serves to produce higher pressure air and it contains additional compressor, and electric motor which sets auxiliary compressor into operation. Module of electronic digital control device serves for optimum matching of operations of modules stated above connected to each other and to consumers of electric energy and higher pressure air, and it contains said modules control units, their operation optimization unit, variable=speed control unit of module of electrically driven auxiliary gas-turbine plant integrated with computer of automatic control system of cruise engines and aircraft. Module of power gas-turbine engine is installed, for instance, in tail part of aircraft hull. Module of auxiliary electrically-driven compressor is installed, for instance, in places of location of cruise engines. Module of electronic digital control device is installed with central automatic control system of cruise engines and aircraft. Module of power gas-turbine engine is connected with module of additional electrically driven compressor by two side communication network through module of electronic digital control device.
EFFECT: enlarged range of control of auxiliary compressor and reduced losses of power for building up higher pressure.
