FIELD: transport engineering; ground-air amphibious vehicles using water and ground effect for their operation and capable of flying outside the zone of its action. SUBSTANCE: essence of group of inventions comes to the following. When creating flying force system, gas-dynamic transmission of energy from gas generators to lifting propulsors-fans, cruise propulsion device and gas-jet curtain building device of air static cushion is provided. Additional freight and passenger modules are arranged at end parts of wing which are formed, together with fuselage, as airfoil profiles. Static air cushion is formed under ground-air amphibious vehicle by means of lifting propulsors-fans close of vehicle bottom. Reaction jet is directed towards surface, and suction of boundary layer from upper aerofoil section is provided. Action of created system of forces is distributed rationally among vehicle structures, thus providing changes in stresses in vehicle structure members. ground-air amphibious vehicle of aeroplane configuration has fuselage with passenger compartments and/or freight compartments and lifting wing with plates. Gas generators building thrust and air cushion are connected with slave mechanisms of cruise propulsion device and above indicated lifting fans.
