FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for production of rope vibration isolators for vibration protection of devices and equipment at any branch of technology. Core is formed due to bending metal rod to get toroid-shaped ring. Ends of rod are tightly connected together. Rope is untwisted and rope screw bundle is plaited around core. Two free ends of bundle are welded together. Joints of tight connections of rod and bundles are set apart at angular direction by 180°.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of suppression of vibrations; improved carrier ability of vibration isolator.
