SUBSTANCE: method involves determining blood vessel antiaggregation activity by setting blood platelets reaction with each inducing factor of ADP, collagen and thrombin. Then, blood vessel wall antiaggregation activity index is calculated from formula BVWAAI= (blood platelet aggregation time on the venous stagnation background)/(blood platelet aggregation time without venous stagnation phenomena). Complex blood vessel wall antiaggregation activity index CBVWAAI is calculated as arithmetic mean of all three inducing factors. CBVWAAI value being equal to 1.50-1.68, no blood vessel wall antiaggregation activity reduction is to be diagnosed that requires no medical treatment. The value being equal to 1.41-1.49, the patients are considered to belong to blood vessel wall antiaggregation activity reduction risk group and medical examination is recommended every month with obligatory measures for following healthy mode of life. The value being below 1.40, antiaggregation activity reduction is considered to take place and health state correction is needed.
