FIELD: liquid, namely oil, production, particularly by bottomhole pumping oil well operation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring actual current downtime Ta for producing well and calculating current shutdown time Ti as part of predetermined shutdown time Tp : Ti=Ta/Tp; distributing and ranking current relative well shutdown time in descending order; setting maximal Mmax and minimal Mmin admissible numbers of current producing wells; measuring current number Mp of producing wells; comparing number Mp of producing wells with threshold Mmax and Mmin values. If Mp<Mmin well having maximal shutdown time is brought into operation for product extraction. If Mp=Mmax wells in shutdown regime are inhibited from being brought into operation. If Mmin<Mp<Mmax said well are enabled to be brought into operation for product pumping-out from several killed wells in correspondence with "rank" thereof so that summary number of operating wells and ones allowed to be brought into operation should be always equal to maximal value Mmax. Network managing device adapted for said method realization comprises device sets. Number of device sets is equal to number of wells in well cluster. Each set includes key, measuring unit and control unit, as well as common control equipment. The control equipment comprises information data exchange unit, program control unit, line, computing block, timer, register bank and real-time clock 10. Each control unit is communicated with the first port of data exchange unit, which in turn is connected with program control unit. The program control unit is linked to computing unit, timer, register bank and real-time clock through line 6. The control unit is also communicated with external equipment through data exchange unit. External equipment is connected to the second data exchange unit port.
EFFECT: possibility to equalize load on common well resources by retention of number of wells brought into pumping-out operation within predetermined range.
