FIELD: heat power engineering; metallurgy; chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat wastes recover can be used for energy saving. It is based upon fuel-consuming equipment for deep recovery of heat and wet cleaning of removing gases due to cooling hem in contact heat exchanger till minimal admissible temperature. Heat recover has contact heat exchanger, drop catcher, gas heat exchanger, gas ducts, pipelines and pump. Heating gas goes through gas heat exchanger directly and gas to be heated goes partially through by-pass channel which prevents cooling of heating gas lower than temperature of condensation of water vapors in gas duct. Water-to-water heat exchanger and water-air heat exchanger with by-pass channel along route of air are disposed along route of circulating water of contact heat exchanger. Re-distribution of air flows through water-air heat exchanger and by-pass channel and re-distribution of flows of gas to be heated through gas-to-gas heat exchanger and by-pass channel is carried out on base of readings of temperature detectors by means of valves-governors.
EFFECT: improved power efficiency of equipment.
