FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device of smoke gas heat recovery comprises a system of gas water surface heat exchangers made from ribbed corrosion-resistant bimetallic pipes, at the same time one heat exchanger of the device is external. Heating coolants are water, water-containing non-freezing liquid, ambient cold air of supply ventilation. The external heat exchanger is installed at the inlet (along the air flow) of the heater of the supply ventilation of premises, and along the circuit of circulation of water-containing non-freezing liquid is operates in the pair with the last heat exchanger of the device, under these conditions the last heat exchanger of the device operates as a condenser of water vapours of smoke gases. After passage of heat exchanger the gas flow is separated into two flows, large and small. In the small flow for the purposes of increasing its dynamic head there is a discharge fan installed, after passage of which two flows of gases are mixed in a slot ejector, in which dynamic head of the large flow also increases, as a result aerodynamic losses of the heat regenerator are compensated.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of using low-potential heat of condensation of water vapours contained in smoke gases.
