FIELD: invention refers to spectroscopy.
SUBSTANCE: laser micro vibratory spectrometer has laser, in-series connected first and second optical prisms, two-way detector and computer. In spectrometer there are also micro vibratory frequency modulator and controlled generator of electrical signals whose input is connected with output of computer and whose output is connected with controlled input of micro vibratory frequency modulator. Modulator's input assigned for input of laser radiation is connected with output of laser and modulator's output is connected with first optical prism.
EFFECT: ensures of laser micro vibratory spectrometer.
