FIELD: agriculture; agricultural production; automation devices for milking machines.

SUBSTANCE: milking process control device has teat cups, milk line and vacuum generator, milk flow intensity sensors, microcontroller with in and out ports, RAM and ROM, timer, analogue-digital converters. In addition, it is equipped with amplifiers, filters, digital-analogue converters, and vacuum controls. Each vacuum control has milk and control chambers separated by diaphragm with rigid centre, backup chamber, milk valve which is rigidly connected to diaphragm with rigid centre, "flapper-nozzle" assembly with spring-flapper located between control and backup chambers, milk chamber connecting pipes, throttles and electromagnet with anchor rigidly connected to spring-flapper of "flapper-nozzle" assembly. Milk chamber is connected to atmosphere through the first throttle, backup chamber is also connected to atmosphere through the second throttle. Control chamber is connected to vacuum generator through the third throttle. The first milk chamber connecting pipe is connected to corresponding teat cup through milk flow intensity sensor. The second connecting pipe is connected to milk line; corresponding milk flow intensity sensor lead-out is connected to filter lead-in, filter lead-out is plugged to amplifier lead-in, and amplifier lead-out is connected to microcontroller in port. Microcontroller out port, in its turn, is connected to corresponding digital-analogue converter lead-in, lead-out of digital-analogue converter is connected to vacuum control electromagnet through amplifier.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of cows dry milking due to milking process adaptive control.
