SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, browning in melted butter, mincing onions, blanching and mincing garlic, freezing and mincing green beans, parsley and thyme leaves, mixing the listed ingredients with white dry wine, fish broth, tomato paste, salt, citric acid and СО2-extract of hot black pepper, cutting carp fillet, packing the mixture, fish and fish broth in aluminum tubes, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: tinned food for space nutrition has enhanced digestibility.
