FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of case with cone bottom and exhaust pipe installed inside the case, gas inlet sleeve and fluid drain. Exhaust pipe through a distributing box is connected with an exterior jacket, which covers a cylinder portion of the case. Inside surface of the case and outside surface of the exhaust pipe are equipped with length way flanges, which form grooves between each other and are by-turn coated with a layer of a hydrophilic material, the surfaces are also equipped with a peripheral screen and exhaust pipe screen, respectively, thus forming cavities in grooves, at that grooves are composed of layer of hydrophilic capillary-porous material; surfaces are further equipped with peripheral cylinder-conical perforated shell and cylindrical perforated shell of the exhaust pipe correspondingly. Shells are connected to each other with perforated pipes also packed with hydrophilic capillary-porous material. Conical bottom of the case is connected through a fluid drain sleeve the inside surface of which is coated with a layer of hydrophilic material, and vertical drain pipe to a control tank, furnished with a level indicator, condensate line connected to a condensate collector and the drain pipe.
EFFECT: increase of gas cleaning efficiency.
