SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, namely to heat exchange equipment, and can be used to condense waste steam without the use of refrigerant. Annular capillary condenser includes the cylindrical body with the flat top cover and with the conical bottom cover, the body is provided with the exhaust steam input and condensate output pipes, with the air branch pipe, inside which there is an upper partition with an upper central opening between the horizontal top and bottom covers, the lower partition consisting of a grate made of a hydrophilic material and a peripheral ring, which is connected from below to the upper edge of the annular hydraulic lock tank, the weir of which forms the lower central opening, which is coaxial with the upper opening, between the upper and lower partitions there are located the peripheral vapor annular cavity, annular packages consisting of individual perforated rings, which are inserted into each other, made of hydrophilic material, which form the vapor condensate section and the vapor-air section, wherein each perforated ring in the annular package is disposed with a gap that is equal to Δ and is provided with the openings, which are performed in the shape of horizontal conical capillaries, horizontal spikes with the length of Δ, vertical grooves, wherein the annular packages are assembled in such a way that the small openings of the conical capillaries of the previous perforated ring are located opposite the vertical grooves of the next perforated ring.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the annular capillary condenser.
