FIELD: production methods.
SUBSTANCE: method of cup producing of the flexible tube contains the stage of producing the cylindrical tube from the plane stretch, which has one or several layers made of plastic or metal. After this stage it goes the stage where the cylindrical tube is cutting through its length, necessary for obtaining the cups. The method suggests the stage before the stage of cylindrical tube producing, during which the stretch is gone through two moving instruments. The closing of instruments is led to creating the area smaller the first thickness of the stretch. More over the instruments create the force, when the stretch is gone from the area with plastic thinning, increased 0.5%, or better increased 1%.
EFFECT: it is increased the quality of producing tube thanks to creating the stable displacement of the stretch edge during its welding.
