FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: cross-bar consists of supporting girder with link attached thereto and slings equipped with lifting knots and adjusted screw insertions. The slings have common fixing points on the supporting girder, each of points having not less than two slings. Lifting knots are made as plates with balancing holes.
EFFECT: required tilt angle of device is achieved at hoisting - relocation and assembly-connecting operations.
