FIELD: production methods.
SUBSTANCE: machine contains, the consistent situated to the direction of the processing water motion, accumulator- averager, send catcher, two blocks of biological cleaning, tertiary settler and the system of technological tube lines. Every of the blocks contains double sectioned immersed drum bio-filter and secondary settler. Bio-filter is done as double sectioned immersed drum bio-filter, where the sections are divided by solid partition, at the same every section has 4 loaded sectored chambers. The secondary settler is made as opened cistern, includes 2-4 transversal touching filters with fixed load from retify zeolite of clinoptilolite mixture and chamvers for settling. The touching filters are installed in opened cistern with possibility of height regulating or full removal from their cistern. Amount of secondary settlers in each block is about 1-3.
EFFECT: fast exceeding of biomass of micro-organisms and more fully using of loading for disposition of the micro-organisms.
