FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of treatment of highly concentrated multi-component wastewater, such as landfill filtrates, industrial wastewater, domestic liquid waste, and can be used in public utilities and various industries. The mechanically purified landfill filtrate is averaged, mixed with an alkaline reagent solution to a pH value of 12-12.5, and fed into the primary settling tank of the first stage. Next, the filtrate is fed into the second stage settler with thin-layer modules. After that, the filtrate is fed into the first stage filter with brush loading. Filtering is done from the bottom up. Regeneration of the brush loading is carried out by its aeration through a system of perforated pipes laid along the bottom of a non-pressure filter. Rinse water is sent to the equalizer, and the filtrate is sent to the second filtration stage - microfilters with cell gaps from 5 to 20 microns. After two-stage filtration, the filtrate is fed to a vacuum evaporator. There, the filtrate is separated into a concentrate and a gaseous mixture. The condensate of the filtrate is directed to stripping ammonia. Then the liquid phase is adjusted according to the pH value in the range of 7.8-8.0 and sent for biological treatment in the aerotank. To separate the sludge mixture, it is sent to a secondary settling tank equipped with thin-layer modules and a system for its regeneration. Recirculating activated sludge is returned to the aeration tank. Wash water after regeneration of thin-layer modules of the secondary sedimentation tank is sent to the equalizer. Biologically purified filtrate condensate from the secondary clarifier is fed to the post-treatment stage, represented by two stages: a bioreactor with a synthetic brush loading and a filter with a synthetic brush loading. At the first stage, conditions are created for formation of a biofilm on the load from aerobic autotrophic - nitrifiers - and heterotrophic microorganisms. At the second stage of filters with brush loading, post-treatment of suspended solids is carried out. Regeneration of the brush loading of both stages of post-treatment is carried out by aeration of the load through a system of perforated pipes laid along the bottom of the post-treatment filters. Rinse water is sent to the equalizer. The purified landfill filtrate concentrate is sent to a disk filter and for UV disinfection. The sludge formed in the settling tanks of the first and second stages, as well as excess activated sludge, is sent to a sludge accumulation tank and then to a dehydrator. From the dehydrator centrifuge is sent to the equalizer, and the cake is combined with the concentrate from the vacuum evaporator and fed to the pyrolysis unit.
EFFECT: stable operation and reliability of obtaining the normalized quality of purified landfill filtrates.
