SUBSTANCE: essence: liquid additive is used, which tends to form gel, when mixed with water at temperature less than maximum gelatification temperature ТG; water flow of temperature ТC, which is less than gelatification temperature ТG, is generated. Water flow with energy added is supplied to the static mixer inlet, and liquid additive is added and mixed with water. The said energy prevents gelatification at the flow temperature ТC, which results in essentially homogeneous solution of liquid additive in water, and the solution obtained is mixed with hydrocarbon in the mixer, which results in hydrocarbon emulsion in water.
EFFECT: improved emulsion stability, no gelatification when using various additives.
