FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: phosphate gel-like binder is obtained by adding nepheline concentrate to stirred phosphoric acid solution with Р2О5 concentration of 9-12% to рН 2.0-3.0, settling the mixture out for 0.5 h, and separation of non-opened particles after settling. Mixture is diluted 2-3 times, if required, alkali is added to рН 3.5-5, and to obtained phosphate gel-like binder phosphoric acid, surface active substance sintanol DS-10, water-soluble water-repellent agent Penta 822, 3% polyacrylamide and titanomagnetite are added, component ratio, wt.%, being as follows: phosphate gel-like binder 60-73.5, phosphoric acid, per 100%, 15-20, water in phosphoric acid 5-30, surface active substance sintanol DS-10 0.5-1, water-soluble water-repellent Penta 822 0.5-1, 3% polyacrylamide 0.5-1, titanomagnetite 5-10. The mixture is heat treated at 80-100°С, cooled, washed, filtered on vacuum filter to 50-70% humidity. Phosphatising rust remover is obtained with good consumer properties: it is easy to mix, easy to apply by any means, including spraying, may be used in hard-to-reach spots, no washing is required. It also has good performance characteristics: high penetration capability, minimum content of water-soluble salts in phosphate coating being formed, minimum density of 1 g/m.
EFFECT: rust remover with good consumer properties and performance characteristics.
