FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: at diagnostic study of seed sowings in certain points select monoeciouses with predominance in racemes of male flowers over female, ideal monoeciouses and plants with predominance of female flowers over male in a numerical relation 3:4:3. At the laboratory high-quality control, the content of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the selected plant material is defined by a method of a quantitative gas-liquid chromatography. By results of analyse to the typical refer to: at green caulis breed sowings parent seeds with content of THC in plants no more than 0.05%, sowings of original seeds with content of THC in plants no more than 0.055%, sowings of seeds of super elite with content of THC in plants no more than 0.06%, sowings of seeds of elite with content of THC in plants no more than 0.065%, sowings of reproductive seeds with content of THC in plants no more than 0.08%; And at yellow caulis breed, accordingly, with content of THC in plants no more than 0.06, 0.065, 0.07, 0.075, 0.09 %.
