FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in the solid replacement of the arytenoid cartilage. For this purpose, the submucosal tunnel is formed above the arytenoid cartilages, and the transplant from the medial crura of nodding muscle is inserted via the tunnel. The area of dissected arytenoid cartilage is reinforced with the titan nickelid plate, which is installed in depth of the medial crura of nodding muscle. In completion, the larynx is fixed in posterior physiologic position.
EFFECT: this invention allows complete compensation of the laryngeal separating mechanisms by solid repair of posterior wall.
