FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing cutanomuscular flap on vascular nodding muscle pedicle from compact plate of manubrium sterni. Volume and shape of bone fragment is modeled. The flap is attached to the other larynx fragments by means of perforated titanium plate laid over bone tissue. Mucous membrane in larynx lumen is restored with tissue counterpart structure being allogenic fibroblast cell culture and epidermal keratinocytes fixed on net produced from biocompatible polymer material.
