FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maieutics, and can be used for prediction of primary uterine inertia at primipara women. For this purpose conduct biochemical analysis of venous blood to determine parameters of the cellular energy exchange in 3-4 days before the expected date of childbirth. In blood serum is defined the total protein, albumin and lactate dehydrogenase, and also succinate dehydrogenase. Further determine a prognostic index by formula X=3.796-0.051A-0.026B-0.001C+0.57D, where X - a prognostic index; A - total protein, g/l; B - albumin, g/l; C- lactate dehydrogenase, g/l; D-SCK, standard units; Const = 3.796. At value X < 0 predicts a low risk of development of primary uterine inertia. At value X≥0 predicts a high risk of development of primary uterine inertia.
EFFECT: invention allows to reveal risk groups in due time.
