FIELD: mechanic.

SUBSTANCE: the complex includes reception and loading conveyor 1, lifting and loading conveyor 3 designed with the possibility of feeding the solid waste from reception and loading conveyor 1 to sorting conveyor 4 placed in climatic cabin 5 with places for sorting operators, briquetting press 9 with feeding conveyor 8 and collecting and unloading batcher 7 loading and passing sorted waste to feeding conveyor 8 of briquetting press 9. Climatic cabin 5 is placed higher than the zero level. Reception and loading conveyor 1 and collecting and unloading center 6 with collecting and unloading batcher 7 are placed lower than the zero level, and feeding conveyor 8 of briquetting press 9 is partly placed lower than the zero level, with the possibility of feeding sorted waste from collecting and unloading batcher 7 to briquetting press 9, placed higher than the zero level. Collecting and unloading center 6 of the complex contains one collecting and unloading batcher 7, as a minimum, for already sorted solid waste. Each collecting and unloading batcher 7 has, as a minimum, one basement and provided with one opening leaf, as a minimum, at the side of feeding conveyor 8 of briquetting press 7, and one vertical back wall, as a minimum, at the opposite side; the wall has the possibility to move in the direction of the opening leaf by the signal of the filling sensor of collecting and unloading batcher 7 or by the command of the operator in the moment of loading of collecting and unloading batcher 7 when the required amount of waste is loaded. In the other variant, collecting and unloading batcher 7 has a wall at the side opposite to the opening leaf and a basement, and a top part (if any), made of flexible net-like element, with a drive providing the element movement so that the internal volume of collecting and unloading batcher 7 decreases.

EFFECT: enhanced performance, decreased energy consumption; increased capacity and profitability during processing.
