FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: tube stock is filled with liquid filler, which consists of water and emulsol mixed with it, and is bent in tube bending devices. After bending tube stock with the filler is placed into split rigid mould, where pass geometrical parameters fit final stock shape. Then they are cooled down to negative temperature, when volume expansion of ice created in the filler stimulates pressure tensions in stock walls that are higher than stock material yield point. Then the stock is annealed for removal of residual stress.
EFFECT: efficiency increases.
