FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: saddle of the mechanism of longitudinal motion of the vehicle seat contains sliding bar installed with the possibility of longitudinal moving in the guide, upper rolling elements, and upper separator located between the upper outside and upper inside raceways. The separator contains lower rolling elements located between the lower inside and outside raceways. The upper and lower outside raceways are formed by the guide. The upper and lower inside raceways are formed by the sliding bar. The part connecting the upper onside and lower inside raceways has an S-shaped profile. The profile of the upper inside raceway is made along the arc of the circle and is formed by the upper end part of the sliding bar located situated between the side wall of the guide and the rolling element, as a minimum. The profile of the upper outside raceway is formed by a straight part inclined to the base of the guide. The sliding bar can contain pair of the upper outside, upper inside, lower outside and lower inside raceways. The profiles of the raceways of each of the above pairs are made reflection symmetric relatively to the vertical plane passing through the transversal axis of the sliding bar. The upper end parts of the front and back end zones of the sliding bar can be designed as vertical straight bends limiting the motion of the upper rolling elements. In the front and rear parts of end zones, L-shaped bends can be made, limiting the motion of the lower rolling elements. The profile of the upper separator may contain inclined straight part contacting with the upper outside raceway. The profile of the upper separator may contain protrusion contacting with the end of the upper part of the sliding bar by its straight section.
EFFECT: increased fabricability and reliability of saddle of longitudinal seat motion mechanism.
