SUBSTANCE: this method stipulates halvah mass crumbing of density 1.5-1.6 g/cm3, layer chipping with cutting instrument, adjusted angled 40-45 °C with the thickness of cut off layer 5-7 mm till achieving of crushed mass with the density 0.7-0.9 g/cm3 with pellets 3-5 mm. Then one forms cands bods by pressing crumbed halvah mass till density 1.1-1.3 g/cm3 and coats them. The bods coating is performed in one stage.
EFFECT: reduction of chocolate coating consumption, productivity improvement because of process automation and taste improvement of end production.
