SUBSTANCE: preserves for cosmic feeding are prepared by cutting, blanching and shredding on onion and celeriac, blanching and shredding of the carrot, freezing and shredding of fresh green peas, shredding of mackerel frames. Then the listed components are mixed with butter, wheat flour, fish broth, salt and CO2-biomass extracts of specified micromitset and black pepper. The received mixture is packed in alumina tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
