FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the method of obtaining high-aluminous cement, in particular to its production during complex reprocessing of aluminium containing raw materials. The method involves chemical precipitation of the lime component from the suspension of the aluminate solution and lime, its combined decomposition with the alumina containing material with obtaining of a crude mixture, its burning and fine grinding of the burnt product. The lime is preliminarily extinguished and graded with release of not less than 60% mass of solid substance coarseness less than 50 mcm. The alumina containing material used is aluminium hydroxide. The crude mixture is burnt at temperature of 1280-1250°C for a period of 0.5-1 hour.
EFFECT: reduction of energy losses due to lowering of temperature and duration of fusion of the mixture.
