FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to engineering and technology of simultaneous bleeding of products from one formation and fluid injection in other formation of a hole. It provides simplification of installation, efficiency upgrading of pump operation and expansion of functionality due to simultaneous bleeding of products from one formation and fluid injection in other formation of a hole. Essence of the invention: device contains a pipe string with the packer installed between pointed formations, and also the pump. The pump is executed plunger and is installed concentrically as a part of a pipe string. The pump consists of the cylinder piston with end-to-end longitudinal channels and the flap, thus the cylinder piston is rigidly connected with a rod string. The packer is executed in the form of the resilient sleeve gasket which is drawn in from below by a perforated liner at its bearing on a bottom-hole which is put outside telescopically on a bottom of a pipe string with possibility of the bounded movement upwards. The bottom is executed in the form of a hollow landing seat screwed on a pipe string down hole end. The room of a pipe string below a ram pump is directly connected with the bottom formation through openings of a perforated liner and annulus room of a pipe string below a packer. The annulus room of a pipe string above a packer is connected with an upper formation.

EFFECT: installation simplification of products bleeding from one formation and fluid injection in other formation of a hole and efficiency upgrading of pump operation and expansion of functionality.
